Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate New Business – Identify leads, cultivate relationships, and expand our customer base
  • Consult & Sell – Work with customers to match them with the right equipment for their needs
  • Negotiate & Close Deals – Structure contracts and financing options for optimal solutions
  • Provide Top-Tier Customer Service – Build long-term client relationships based on trust
  • Stay Industry-Savvy – Maintain knowledge of current and new inventory, promotions, and industry trends
Agricultural Equipment Salesperson Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:

Sales Experience Preferred – Background in agriculture, construction, or heavy equipment sales is a plus, but not required
Motivated, Goal-Oriented Professional – Self-driven with a strong work ethic and closing ability
Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to connect with customers and build trust
Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills – Ability to handle multiple deals and clients
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and CRM systems
Knowledge of Hay Equipment? Even Better! – Familiarity with tractors, balers, and ag machinery is a plus
