Looking for kind experienced horse caretaker and rider arena/trails, caretaker for weekend barn work, during week different jobs around ranch with animals mostly and horse exercising.  Care for all animals a few times a quarter when owners travel.  
Located in a horse area, extra equine work likely available.  Cool studio apartment discounted rent.  Stall available if needed.   

8-12 hours per week approx : exercise /ride horses 1x a week , feed/water horses 2 days a week, periodic miscellaneous property care and watch over property house animals while owners travel periodically  

Apartment normally rents for $1500/mo  but we would reduce by $1000 in exchange for work
