Our commitment to quality shows in the superior chemical products we provide. Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Custom Applicator.
As a Custom Applicator, you will be responsible for accurately mixing, loading, transporting, and operating specialized equipment to apply chemical solutions in designated areas at customer locations. This position will specialize in the application of litter amendments in poultry facilities. Custom Applicators will engage with customers and be knowledgeable with regard to the chemical they are applying. A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required for this position. The role will require the individual to maintain tanker and hazardous materials endorsements on their CDL.
Due to the ever-changing demand of the poultry industry, we do not have set hours as our days stay somewhat flexible as long as customer needs are met. This position will require a highly motivated individual who can work well on their own once trained. The individual must have a willingness to learn other positions as our customer demands are ever-changing. Our custom application equipment is mounted on late-model Ford F-550, 750, and/or like kind chassis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely and accurately apply litter amendments in poultry facilities according to customer specifications and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain application equipment, including trucks and specialized machinery, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Monitor application rates and adjust equipment settings as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Follows appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP) for mixing, handling, loading, and applying all chemical products including, but not limited to, chlorine-based solutions, acids, pesticides (insecticides, herbicides, rodenticides), and disinfectants.
- Deliver exceptional service by being punctual, professional, and responsive to customer inquiries.
- Personnel required to follow company and customer bio-security and safety protocols. Must be able to wear PPE including, but not limited to, masks, gloves, boot coverings, eye, ear, and face protection.
Education & Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent, agricultural experience preferred.
- Valid CDL required. (Must maintain Hazmat and tanker endorsements if hired.)
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and no preventable accident history.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Skills & Abilities:
- Able to work an unstructured or flexible schedule depending on demand.
- Able to carefully maneuver vehicles and equipment in confined environments.
