A Vacancy exists for a Chicken Broiler Farm Manager position in the Kirkwood/Addo area. Candidates will need both technical expertise in poultry farming and strong leadership skills.


Key Points
  1. SKOV System Experience:  
  • Experience with climate control, ventilation, and feeding systems in poultry houses.
     2.Staff Management:
  • Managing staff, including farm workers and harvesting laborers,
  • Leadership and communication skills.
    3.Record Keeping & Budgeting: a
  • Reviewing and maintaining records and reports on production
  • Financial management
  • Operations and compliance.
   4. Health and Safety Compliance:
  • compliance with government regulations,
  • specific regulatory bodies
  • local health standards.
   5.Poultry Background:
  • A qualification in poultry science, animal science, or agriculture is advantageous.
  • Extensive experience can also be considered.
