- Field Assessments: Conduct field scouting and assessments to determine the right products and application rates based on crop needs and environmental conditions.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of applications, including product types, rates, and locations to comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and expert advice on crop management practices.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest agricultural practices, product knowledge, and industry regulations to provide the best service to clients.

Requirements:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in agriculture or a related field is a plus.

- Experience: Previous experience in agricultural application or farming is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Licenses/Certifications: Must possess a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and any necessary state certifications for pesticide application.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating agricultural machinery and technology, including GPS and application software.
