Open position for a Ranch Hand for our regenerative farm Bali Family Farm, Llano, Texas 

We are a regenerative farm focused on sustainable agriculture and holistic land management practices. Our farm raises chickens, turkeys, pigs, sheep, and cattle using rotational grazing and regenerative techniques. In addition to livestock, we are developing a diverse food forest and maintain market gardening projects to support local communities with highly nutritious produce.

We are looking for a passionate and hard-working Ranch Hand to join our team. Ideally already have a camper/RV. Couples are welcome. **Responsibilities:**

• Daily care of livestock including feeding, watering, and monitoring the health of chickens, turkeys, pigs, sheep, and cattle
• Participate in rotational grazing management for soil regeneration and livestock health
• Assist in the maintenance and expansion of a diverse food forest with fruit and nut trees
• Support market gardening operations by planting, weeding, harvesting, and preparing produce for sale
• Operate farm equipment, maintain fences, barns, and infrastructure
• Assist with composting and soil health projects
• Collaborate with the team on regenerative farming practices and innovations
• General ranch duties as needed, including repairs, cleaning, and working with volunteers
