Key Responsibilities:

Agronomy Skills Development:

• Learn and apply advanced agronomy skills like soil sampling, precision data, and irrigation management.
• Conduct weekly field scouting, delivering detailed reports and insights.
• Operate agronomy equipment, managing daily tasks and key observations.
• Oversee seed treatment facilities and maintain industry best practices.

Seed Operations:

• Assist in seed sorting and delivery.
• Manage over 100 moisture probes, from installation and maintenance to providing weekly field recommendations.

Field Operations:

• Operate soil sampling equipment, generating maps and GPS-based recommendations.
• Drive various vehicles including pickups, ATVs, trailers, and more.

Facility Management:

• Maintain clean, organized warehouse facilities.
• Collaborate with the team to meet shared goals and ensure a professional work environment.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in crop consulting, herbicide and fertilizer recommendations, soil sampling, and customer relations.
• Strong commitment to safety and professional communication.

Goals for the Role:

• Lead efforts to scout over 10,000 acres, manage 150+ moisture probes, and perform 5,000+ acres of grid sampling and 10,000+ acres of composite soil sampling.
• Contribute to growing gross sales, achieving a 15% annual net equity gain in all business areas.
• Represent our company as a progressive, effective, and high-quality partner in the community.
