Job Summary:
Ranch Hand Laborer 20% Feeding/Animal Care Operation 20% Fence Repair/Maintenance 40%
Perform other Job Duties as assigned 20%
Single Individual would be ideal as we cannot offer housing. Plenty of nearby towns to reside in and a reliable source of transportation would be needed.
We are seeking to fill a helper in accomplishing duties such as but not limited too; ranch hand work, caring for the property, fence maintenance, field/hay work, and building gates/pens, electrical, plumbing, and overall maintenance.
This position requires security on property while communicating on a regular basis to direct supervisor.
With the guidance and under supervision of the Executive Director these positions will execute day to day functions regarding the herds/horses, feeding, water haul, food haul, diet and nutrition, driving around property with supplies, perform all duties in a safe manner while following company protocol, custodial, sustainability, and long-term equipment care. Perform other related job duties as assigned.

Required/Other:
- Valid State Drivers License
- Knowledgeable with Electrical, Plumbing, Fencing
- Able to lift 75lbs or more
