About the Role:

River Country Cooperative is seeking a Custom Applicator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the effective and timely application of crop protection and nutrient products to support our local farmers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality service. • Apply crop protection and nutrient products following River Country Cooperative standards.
• Deliver seed, crop protection, and crop nutrients to customers.
• Assist with equipment and facility maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures of River Country Cooperative.
• Uphold and enhance the cooperative’s reputation through ethical conduct and professionalism.
• Engage in continuous learning and attend required training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Class "A" preferable)
• Current applicator license or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with weekend hours as needed during peak season. There is also an opportunity to work high overtime hours in peak season.
