My client, a well establish farm in Porterville requires a Farm Manager with previous experience in the fruit farming industry.
The successful candidate will work alongside another Farm Manager, ensuring a balanced schedule with every second weekend off (one weekend on the farm, one weekend free)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fruit farming
• Should have managerial experience and lead a labour team
• Must be mechanically inclined and understand a workshop, tractors, net structures, spray equipment, fertigation equipment, etc.
